Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Artem Kalachian ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Binny mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

a) Photo library access

With your permission, the App accesses your photo library to show photos for sorting and to carry out actions you request (such as deleting or restoring items in the App flow). Your photos and photo content stay on your device. We do not transmit, upload, store, or share your photos on our servers as part of normal app functionality. Any iCloud Photos syncing is handled by Apple under your Apple account settings and is outside of our systems.

b) Purchase and subscription data

If you purchase Binny Pro, we receive subscription status and entitlement information from our payment and subscription partners (Apple and RevenueCat) to unlock premium features.

c) Analytics and diagnostics

We use PostHog for product analytics, session replay, and error tracking. This may include app usage events, technical diagnostics, crash/error details, device/app metadata, and interaction data needed to improve reliability and user experience. We collect this analytics data to understand feature usage, fix issues faster, and improve the App.
